LAUREL, DE – Trammell Richards, of Seaford, turned himself in to Laurel Police Saturday after a stabbing Friday morning. Laurel Police were called to PRMC in Salisbury for an assault victim who got into a fight with several people at Carvel Gardens in Laurel. During the fight the 28 year old male victim was stabbed several times – he was taken to PRMC in a private car. Richards, 20, was charged with attempted first degree murder.
